The Environmental Law Institute (Scripps Institution of Oceanography, USA) hosted an Ocean Seminar Series on Wednesday 22nd April. Dr. Kathryn Mengerink (Director of the Ocean Program, Environmental Law Institute) moderated a discussion on international deep seabed mining with panelists Michael Lodge (Deputy Secretary-General, International Seabed Authority), Lisa Levin (Professor, Integrative Oceanography Division, Scripps Institution of Oceanography) and Hannah Lily (Legal Adviser, Governance & Natural Resources Advisory Services, Commonwealth Secretariat).
