Please find link below to a vacancy announcement for a position in ocean governance at IASS, Germany. I would be grateful if you could circulate this to colleagues who could be interested.
Main role:
- Develop a research agenda for sustainable marine resource governance, paying particular attention to the implementation of the post-2015 development agenda
- Contribute to a systematic analysis of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal for Ocean and Coasts, through and by Germany
- Support the development of a partnership for regional ocean governance, in close cooperation with the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and other project partners
- Establish and maintain cooperation with partners at national, European and global levels
