NAKFI 2016 Call for Applications: Discovering the Deep Blue Sea

Dear INDEEP and DOSI Colleagues – please not call for applications below.  Also note that I have been informed by NAKFI that there are a limited number of spots available for non-US attendees.  However, they are not eligible to submit a grant application after the conference as the PI (unless they have a US based affiliation that would be willing and able to act as the fiscal agent).  However, non-US attendees are eligible to participante in grant proposals with other attendees as a co-PI.

NAKFI will pay all conference-related travel expenses for selected applicants!

Application Deadline: May 5, 2016 at 3:00pm Pacific Time/6:00pm Eastern Time/5:00pm Central Time.  Sixty to eighty applicants will be selected through this process.

From this application process the steering committee members will invite approximately 60-80 participants to join them and other leaders and experts at the conference in November. The interest in this year’s topic will result in a competitive selection process.
