How about bringing your deep-sea perspective to this post-doc at University of British Columbia, Canada?
The biologically-oriented marine research group at UBC has secured a multidisciplinary marine science training grant that includes funding for a series of postdocs to be hired in the coming years. The first of these positions has just been announced:

There are no specific disciplinary requirements other than big thinking and marine systems. This would be an excellent opportunity for a marine ecologist, conservation biologist, fisheries biologist, etc. Please pass this on to anyone that you think may be interested.
